We used to have a Monkey Puzzle tree just outside of our kitchen window and were were pleasantly surprise one day when we noticed one of the Anna's hummingbirds starting to build her nest. I used the kitchen window as a blind and took many pictures during the nest building on through the laying of eggs to the chicks first flight.
